This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Vlynd, operated by AGNER FARMS T, LLC.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in new condition.
  • Items must include original packaging, tags, inserts, manuals, and accessories where applicable.
  • Jump ropes must be returned without sweat residue, heavy surface wear, frayed cable coating, damaged handles, or signs of outdoor abrasion.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for review.

3. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item, defective item, or product damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and provide the appropriate next step.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@vlynd.shop with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return transit.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded unless required by applicable law.

6. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

7. Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges may be handled by returning the eligible item and placing a new order. Cancellation requests can be reviewed only before an order is processed or shipped.
